👋Welcome to support ticketing system user manual.
✔ Login with you username and password provided by your administrator to get started.
✔ Click to Add ticket to create ticket in department.
✔ Now enter all the details, your name, your department , issue summary make sure you type receiver name and your name in issue summary, additionally you can attach files if you want and click on submit ticket.
✔ You can view all your tickets by click on my tickets tab
✔ Replied to your tickets by HOD( Head Of Department) notification can be seen in Answered pie chart and also in All Tickets section.
✔ To view reply on your ticket click on User 1 ticket under All Tickets section.
✔ You can see reply on your ticket under ticket Thread Section.
✔ Post reply on the received reply and click on submit
✔ Your posted reply will be updated on same page.
